Canada TCH Ventillation

Through the year (except winter), I generally keep the temp set to LO, A/C off. What bugs me is that the car wants the Recirc on, which I have to turn off everytime. Even spoke with dealership and emailed Toyota -- each said to talk to the other. Does anyone else have this problem.

This is something that is configurable by your dealer, as well as a few more things. Here is a thread w/link to a full range of stuff that can be changed.

I have my ventilation setup to almost all manual settings. The other thing I had changed the default action of doors locking when you take it out of Park and unlocking when putting it back into Park. I hated it on a rental many years ago and didn't like the idea that when my wife parks somewhere all of a sudden all the doors unlock.

That's a better answer than the previous garbage response.

It's an answer, just not a answer to your "problem".
