A/C settings

is there a setting on our TCH that we can put so the compressor will automatically turn on and off from time to time when its already cold?

and what temperature do you guys set your A/C?

Correct me guys if I am wrong, but I believe that the A/C runs year around on all new cars and can not be turned off.

Yeah if you leave it in AUTO with the A/C "engaged" it'll cycle the compressor as needed regardless of whether it's summer or winter.


Set the temperature at whatever you feel comfortable. Some do set it lower so that they don't draw too much heat from the engine so the engine can warm up faster.
