The short version? Mobil 1 5w-20 and Mobil 1 filter. The filter will change to Wix when current stock runs out. The oil might go to PP but not sure yet. Do a search as this topic has been asked MANY times before.

toyomoho,

The Napa Gold is a rebranded Wix. If you can't find one the other will do just as well.

Use Mobil1 0W-20 and change oil at 5000 miles, the change interval that is recommended. I'm sure that interval is for Dino oil, but it is cheap insurance. I have used NAPA Gold, SuperTech, Pure One, on other vehicles. Bought a case (10 filters) of Toyota filters for TCH on Ebay for $33 including shipping.

AMSOIL SS 0w-30 in the Summer and AMSOIL SAE 0w-20 in the Winter - both with an AMSOIL EaO10 filter. Changed every 5-6k while under warranty...
