'09 TCH for $100 below invoice

Just wonder what other folks are seeing out there. I'm picking up a 2009 TCH at the end of the week with the upgrade & moon roof pkgs for $100 under invoice It lists for $29,189 and invoices at $26,612.

I'm still paying about $400 of dealer holdback that's part of the invoice price but not paying any other charges (TDA, financing, etc.).

I was negotiating with 4 dealers and think I got my best price because:

-- I was willing to buy a car on their lot
-- Didn't care too much about color, but got the car in my preferred color, black
-- Toyota sales are down a whole bunch
-- Gas prices are way down

No need to negotiate.

Just walk in and pay $26,276 for the same vehicle that you bought....

You only paid about $240 too much.
