2007 Camry Hybrid Oil Change

How hard is it to change the oil and reset the light in the computer that shows the oil needs to be changed?

Thanks!

1) Change Odometer to show the "A" reading.
2) Turn Car off.
3) Push and hold in the odometer dial. (Hold in until step 6)
4) Turn Car on.
5) Wait for the maintenance reset to complete.
6) Release odometer dial.

If I remember right, these are the directions. If this doesn't work- look it up in your owners manual.

You change the oil the exact same way that you do it on any other Camry with a 2.4L engine.

Changing the oil in my wife's 08 TCH. Let the dealer do it at 5K and 10k, however, they can't seem to get 0W-20 straight without a lot of hand holding (didn't have the0W-20 after I we set up the first 5K a few days before and for 10K, I set up it up again ahead of time, wife took the car in and they used 5W-20 synthetic). It's 15K and I'm going to do it myself from here on out (cheaper too given the synthetic). No stranger to changing oil, just trying to get some details before I get out the wrenches. TCH repair manual states 18 ft-lbs of torque on the drain plug and use a new washer. I got the 90430-12031 gasket with the 90915-YZZF1 filter from Toyota. The repair manual doesn't tell you how to orient the gasket. The outer material is thicker on one side. Does the thicker side go toward the pan or plug?

For the filter, I've got a cap style wrench that I used on a 98 Honda Accord that seems to fit OK. Can I get 3/4 turn by hand when installing the new filter?
Thanks in advance for any help.
