Some of this may depend on the phone and/or how the cell company has 'customized' (read handicapped) the handset. My Moto Razr V3/Verizon only shows the numbers in the 'quick dial' of the stereo. Others show as numbers, if at all. Some handsets will download the address book easier than others - the Bluetooth profiles allow ObEx push, but implementation vary. For example, mine allows only one number at a time to transfer.
So, to the original answer: a definite maybe, if your handset, wireless provider, and the stero 'like' each other.

Easiest way to find out for sure is to see if the Toyota dealer will let you try to synch your phone with the 'candidate car'.
