Canada electrical noise in aftermarket radio

HI:Just wondering if anyone has run into this before,I've installed a new head unit (pioneer avic-f900bt) and new amp and I hear all kinds of electrical noise in the speakers, very faint in the back ground. This only happens when the hybrid system kicks in.I've tried every thing (ground loop isolators, inline power noise filter different amps,I have top quality RCA cables and power wire).I just can't pin point where the noise is coming from?It happens when I press the accelerator. The noise is a high frequency pitch and the pitch does not change like alternator noise. The noise also stops when I get to a stop and all is stopped motor/engine.The noise is only coming from the amp side, as I found out when I disconnected the HU's RCA's and the noise was still there. The factory radio was the JBL.I disconnected the JBL amp completely and made my own harness to plug into the factory speaker harness.I than ran those wires into a Phoenix Gold M44 Amp.The amp is mounted on top of the batteries,I thought that the placement on top of the batteries might cause the noise so I temp moved the amp ,but still had the noise.
Any help would be an asset.

There is a device that has been around a long time for stopping electrical noise in radios. I just cannot remember what it is called (senior moment) other than a radio suppression wire you have to install. It is not expensive, try calling a Radio Shack or Crutchfield audio. 1-800-319-8264.
