Rear defogger and radio reception

My rear defogger seems to only be warming some of the lines.( I know the top part is the antenna). Right side almost 3/4 of them warm up but the left side has only one line in the center heating really strong. Also when I activate the rear defogger the radio reception goes from v.good to v.poor. Any idea's?. The rear window has never been cleaned on the inside so that would eliminate scratching the lines. The right side finish molding seems so be touching the glass and the left side (driver side) isn't.

This car should be under warranty. I would take your concerns to the dealer. You shouldn't have to pay for any repairs
