Unhappy Weeping water pump

I am crushed because my TCH has a leaky water pump! Toyota wants $461 for a new one installed. Ugh! It looks like an easy exchange being that it is right out in the open. The only thing I can't figure out is how it is tensioned. And it looks like there may be a spring that does the job. I can do this job if it doesn't require some special tool. Can anybody advise?

I have a nephew who works for a Toyota dealer and says the water pump is a common point of failure on the TCH. A few months ago I took our '07 TCH in for scheduled service (30k mile) and was told our water pump needed replacing. They didn't have their hybrid tech available that day so would need to schedule a new appt.

I was also told the repair would be covered under warranty. You should have a 5/50 warranty on your powertrain.

I'm sitting here now at the dealer for my water pump replacement. Assured again it is covered under warranty.

just had mine replaced under warranty .... only after the dealer threatened to fail my car under NYS inspection because of leaking fluid... the service rep had the price already prepared and expected me to approve the job.. I had to remind him that the car had a 55k mile warranty and that the pump should be covered... it was...
