Has anyone installed aftermarket HID's for their TCH? What brand? Does the non adjustable headlite fixture make it difficult to aim? Kits are cheap, 100-150 bucks or less and not too difficult to install.

Non-adjustable??? What have you been smoking?

Thousands have installed HIDs....if you cover the squirrel spotters they are acceptable. If you don't, you will blind on coming drivers.

I probably was smoking actually...another story! I just picked it up on a hread somewhere. I talked to a Yota dealer today and parts guy said they would install if I brought in Bosch stuff as they felt it was a reputable name. Dealer installl is a good bet for warrantee...etc.

I drive a LS with self leveling HID's. They go up and down and center on start up to compensate for weight in the car as the level for oncoming cars is important not to blind them. But crap to run these crummy hals in these cars is a injustice versus 200.-250 bucks.

But I am getting an SE trunk lip and wood dash so what the heck. I keep cars for an eternity. Warm

I have AM HIDs on my TCH... 6000K and its been 2+ years without any issues.... ModExpress kit. Paid $60 and $120 (install)... Check it out in my car site link below...
