Leather seats on TCH 2010

Hi guys, I am new here and it's my first time posting. I just bought a 2010 TCH with premium package in Canada. I have asked the dealership to install leather seats and trimming for the car. I dont know if it's my problem or it's normally like that, but I just feel that the craftsmanship was not done nicely. For those who have leather interior, can you tell me if it's normal to be like that in your car? This is my first TCH and I am a female buyer, I have a feeling that they are just not taking me seriously in this case.
Here are the pictures:

Red material sticking out from the both the front seats (not sure what they are, but didnt seem to have seen it in other camry with leather interior)

A big gap in between the back and the seat. Can also see the metal inside (Right side only)

Door sill protector not installed properly. (it's like you can just pull it out easily)

Thank you guys, I really need your experiences and expertise in this area.

That's is sloppy work; have you talked to the dealership about it? Ask them to show a factory installed leather seat car and fix yours properly. The door sill cover is easy to snap back in, it's just careless installation.

Aloe, thank you for your reply. I emailed the dealership and they had it fixed. Well, not totally. The workmanship is really different from the factory installed leather. I mean, if I know at the first place that they were going to ask someone else to install the leather seats, then I wouldnt have asked them to do so. I thought it was going to be done like the factory installed one. Stupid me!

As for the door sill cover, I tried to snap it back in, but was not successful. Maybe I can ask them to do it next time I go in for an oil change.

Thank you again!! =) Really appreciated your comment!

Most of the dealerships farm out the leather works (could be in-house but definitely not factory stuff) and it depends on the actual shop how good the end result would be. Get it done the way you think is acceptable, be firm, and then enjoy the leather smell . Btw, invest in some leather conditioner too!
