I am wondering if anyone has the same problem as I have with the USB port on my 2011 TCH. It works fine with my ipod, but only if it is unplugged when I start the car, then plug it in. So this means everytime I shut the car off I must remember to unplug it before I start the car or else, no ipod! Very annoying!

Mine works perfectly fine. Don't have to remove the iPod cable from the USB port. I have 2 iPods which I interchange from time to time. Could be an issue with your iPod. Did u try a different iPod to see if the problem persists? If it does, Toyota service would be the best recourse to fix this problem.
