2011 Bluetooth phone issue

Brand new 2011 Camry Hybrid. Having a small issue with the In Dash Nav/phone system. After the phone is paired, and contacts have been imported, most often I cannot dial from the nav system nor access the contacts. The only button you can use on the LCD touch screen is the call history button.

At times with the phone screen up on the LCD touch screen, all features appear and are functional, but then they can disapear at any time for no foreseen reason. Sometimes it will go in and out back and forth.

Any ideas on this issue?, besides repairing the phone with the bluetooth system.

Well you could read your Owners manual and maybe find out that a number of functions are diasabled at ANY speed...
