gen6 10.1 on a gen5 system?

will a gen6 10.1 disk work on a gen5 system. And what's the difference? can I extract the map data and make a disk, if so, which files? all help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

yeahhh....

those DVDs are pricy. and virtually outdated the very moment they come out. why it couldn't have been a sat nav system, have no idea. i am slowly getting to the point of simply hooking up a tomtom to the windshield.

anyhow.. there's a program that allows you to rip a DVD. create digital "image" of it and then burn it on a different DVD. gods, sorry I forgot the name of it..

VLC is a kick-a... program just about for everything.

will it work? have no idea, but let me know... mine is making, as of now, about 20% addresses not recognized... simply outdated.

you may want to look around for torrent, btw. they have them...
