Please advice: 18" HELO 824 Spark Universal w/ 18/45/225

Before you accused me of not reading let me say I have a lot but I'm confused with all the custom wheels possibilities and I'm not smart to know what all this acronyms mean. So anyways, I'm think of buying some used wheels for my 2007 camry hybrid stock and this guy is selling some 18" Helo 824 Spark universal wheels which came off of his 1999 mercedes E430. The tires he has on them is 18/45/225 but he did not know anything about the offset or any other information. I going to try them on my car to see if they fit but I'm concern about rubbing. Also, do I have to have some special lug nuts? Does it matter much if the tires are not V rated like my stock ones? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I believe stock bolt pattern is 5x114.3. Mercedes bolt pattern is 5x112. It's not going to fit.

And beside that...I think those wheels are hideous.

Thank you for the replay. I have another question, I have read here about the different tire sizes and offsets and also used tire rack. But I'm confused with all the specs configuration. What is the ideal size or maximum 18" rims with offset to not have tire rubbing? I know we have different specs like 18 x 7.5, 18 x 8, 18 x 8.5 with offsets from 6 to 45mm but the more I read the more I get confused. I was thinking of getting 18" wheels that would give maximum offset without rubbing and also wide enough to look good. I was looking at the ACE TREND wheels in chrome but I could only find them online and tirerack says it will fit but I don't know what tire size to use. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
