2009 camry hybrid dash warning lights on

Please help, I replaced my tail lights with LED's and now ALL the warning lights are on including the check vsc light. They disconnected the battery to do the work so I assume that's what caused all the lights on the dash to come on. I know there is nothing wrong with the car and I just want to turn these warning lights off without hooking up a code reader or anything. How can I fix this myself without going to a dealer?

update: I fixed the problem by installing 47 OHM 10 watt resistors onto the ground and positive wires for the LEDS. All warning light are now off!.

If anyone wants smoked LED taillights for their camry hybrid go to Dashzracing.com. The ones there are for camry and NOT for hybrid but with a little splicing and installing resistors they work great and look AWESOME!
