Is my windshield soundproof?

I had a stone chip hit my TCH windshield. Fortunately I have 0% deductible on my policy and hence glass replacement is covered. However, the glass firm is asking me whether my windshield is soundproof or not.
How can I find this out?

They call it an "acoustic" windshield. I had a rock chip recently and could not get the trucks number due to severe traffic issues around Orlando.

Come to find out that a replacement windshield from Toyota is around $1400. I opted to have the small crack and chip repaired and not file a claim. Next time, I plan to chase the truck down. I had no idea it would be so expensive.

it's called road hazard. unless you can proof beyond any doubt, that crack in windshield was caused by a part that fell from the truck due to negligence, his insurance will give you a boot. speaking from experience. i was chased once by a pickup in KY, while i was doing 90 or so, for about half an hour. for real. blinking lights and honking. i finally became curious and pulled over. fella told me he got crack in the windshield from "something that fell off my car". Honda CR-V. we gallantly inspected the vehicle, everything on the outside of it was in place. i even gave him my insurance info. they called me some time later from my insurance and asked about particularities, and told me they will tell him to shove it. road hazard. but the chase part was fun. i seriously was going very fast, and he could not catch with me, unless i was slowed by traffic.
