1. hybrid system is under 100 000, at least, miles warranty, so you should be doing no repairs to it. dealer should fix it under warranty.
2. dealer fixed it - dealer needs to stand up for their repairs and fix it again
3. write letter to Toyota if they try to give you runaround
4. keep in mind, in CARB states, like WA or CA, hybrid system is under 150 000 miles warranty.

truly, either have it fixed once and for good by that dealer, or go to a different one and send very angry letter to Toyota about one who did not help you. Have someone proof read it before you send it out. No offense.

you welcome, but Toyota warranty is the same everywhere. Write letter direct to Toyota or send email. I do not believe they will not stand for their factory warranty.

dral, here's link for you:

http://toyota.custhelp.com/app/ask_intercept

this, actually, Toyota customer service email. site is not easy to work with, not all browsers work with it. took me 2 computers to, actually, send them email, as you can not finish it, unless you go through all the submenus. had response back in 2 days.
