They said it must be the paint Toyota is using since they have seen many dull Super White Toyota's. I explained I had the Xzilon applied when I purchased the car and it was suppose to prevent dull finishes. They agreed completely and took the car in, buffed and reapplied the Xzilon today and it looks like new.
