DULL Super White

I have a 2009 Super White TCH. The paint is quite DULL with hardly any shine. When I purchased the vehicle I was talked into having Xzylon put on the car. It looked great but slowly gone down hill. I run it through a car was as recommended by Xzylon. The dealer service manager said his mother had the exact same car as hers was DULL also. BUT he asked if I had Xzylon applied and I said yes and then he said it should not have lot the shine. They re-applied the coating Monday, it does shine more but is still DULL. Does anyone else have this problem and can one seek Xzylon to fix the problem??
