Tail light interchangibility between hybrids?

I've searched and searched for this with no luck so sorry if I'm asking something that has been brought up before but does anyone know if the tail lights from the 2010/2011 TCH's would be "plug and play" on the 2007-2009 TCH'S? Essentially the tail lights are the same both having led brake lights, just with a different lense, so I don't see why the plugs would be different but I wanted to ask before I order new tail lights and they don't swap out. I have a 09 TCH and I just love the way the clear tail lights on the newer ones stand out. Thanks!

Bought them, and they swap out perfectly, no modification required...

You need to drop the rear bumper to swap them right?

I remember that's how it was on my old 2007 SE V6...
