Australia 1999 Corolla Levin Seca - Good Buy?
Hi, this is my first time posting.

I'd like to know if the 1999 Levin Seca Hatch is a good buy. I'm mainly looking for speed in a car, I'm not looking to mod it or anything, just a small quick car.

Also, I was wondering if those clear tail lights are available for this type of Corolla, as the stock tail lights looks really ugly...
