coilerovers are lowering springs, you can customise them by highering or lowering the car. i hear for a camry, the ride sucks. But there are expencive coilovers(which are the real deal) made by JIC, i saw those at a web site for 1,350, yes 1,350. very expensive. If i were you i would go for tokico blues, with eibach springs... and the whiteline rear sway bar..

Thats correct. You can always cut your springs, and your ride may be better than with the VIS coilovers. Personally i would look into the euro blaus

I would go with this setup too but you want it lower. So, go with Intrax or Sprint springs. I do not recommend cutting springs, stock or aftermarket.

Theres Coilovers and Coilover sleeves. Coilovers replace the spring and strut with a single unit, the spring moves up and down on threads that let you adjust the spring rate/height. Sleeves slide over the strut and are adjusted the same way Coilovers are. Springs and Struts aren't adjustable for height but the struts may be adjustable for damping.
