They have it in stock for my 1994 I4 camry but I was wondering if anyone bought one from them.

If so, any problems with it hitting the engine???

thanx...

There's tons of room in the 4 banger, you shouldn't have a problem with room. I didn't see a pic of the strut bar but it seems that there's one generic bar made for the Camry's, i.e. OBX=Freedom Design, etc.

I bought a MAF adaptor plate from PPSonline, I believe I dealt with Wayne...good transaction...took about 5 days to receive it.

The strut bar in my V6 hits that intake plenum...I put a washer under the mount to raise it about 2 mm or so...now it hits the underside of the hood of the car! Can't win with the V6.... I always thought that it wouldn't hit in the 4 cyl but you better ask around to be sure.

Henry, if the picture on your website about your strut brace is how you have it installed now, the base is reversed on mine. So it's turned 180 degrees. I didn't have any problems putting the strut brace on nor using any washers to elevate it. The only washers I used were between the base and strut bolts. Take a look at this picture.

Here is another picture.

Yeah, I know...I reversed it on purpose...it's fits way better his wasy on my car. When I bought it around 1.5 years ago, all the guys on Camryman were saying the same thing...buy the Freedom Design and reverse the mounts. I originally put in on normally and I only had like .5 cm clearance...now I have about 1.5 cm or so of clearance from the intake manifold....but now it hits the hood! I can't win....
