I fix power windows for people all the time because I know how to do it. I'm gonna be nice and give you the info on how to do it yourself.
Step 1: Disattach Door panel, check for all screws, fasteners, etc. Be sure they're all out.
Step 2: Gently remove the switch panel, use a flat head screwdriver, with a towel over it to not screw up your panel.
Step 3: Remove the wiring from the switch, and place the switch aside.
Step 4: Take the door panel off gently, if you have to use force check to see that it isn't wires or screws, then take it off. Some doors use clips that just fight you. In other words, be careful.
Step 5: Remove the sound and weather barrier, its plastic and sometimes foam.
Step 6: Check to see what is wrong with the motor and regulator. If the motor is messed up, buy a new one, if the regulator is messed up, just buy a set of a motor & regulator on eBay (dirt cheap).
Step 7: If you haven't already, buy a manual for your car at Autozone and see the specific procedure for replacing and installing the motor and regulator assembly.
Step 8: If you don't want to fix the motor, you can remove it and the regulator, push the window all the way up, and tape or epoxy it into permanently up.
Good Luck, but I'd try to fix the windows up/down functionality too.
