4th Generation Transmission fluid check

Where do I check the level or the quality of this?
I have a 2001 camry 5s-fe engine.

I saw a dipstick for differential fluid. Is this it?
What is the difference between transmission and differential fluid?

In the engine compartment there is a red dip stick towards the right side of the engine compartment, this is the transmission dip stick.

So, the one which says differential oil is the transmission dipstick?
What is the difference between transmission and differential fluid?

Transmission & differential fluid

You use the exact same fluid for both of them. DEXRONIII Automatic Transmission Fluid.
You cannot access the differential fluid. It's under the car in a separate compartment beside the transmission.
