3rd Generation I'm prepared to be flamed to death

I know it's been covered, and I did honestly search for it, but couldn't find the link...

So, where to I order the 194 bulbs I need to convert my dash/gauge cluster to blue? I know there are afew of the little teeny bulbs in there too, (74's?) and does anyone sell those too?

..so, I already flushed my ego down the toilet, so flame away...as long as I figure this out, I don't mind the punishment

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

And when somebody answers this, which kind of led (194 and 74) won't focus the light straight out, like a normal bulb 'cept led.

Go to Superbrightleds.com, youll have to get used to their set up, but they have blue in 194, i suggest the 4led 194's, my singles dont get super bright. I remember it being 4 194's and an special bulb near 140mph.

hope this helps

the special bulb is the #74. You'll need a couple 74's, I'd buy extra bulbs and you can go through and change more.

wow, superbrightleds.com has a really messed up site...I can't even find my shopping cart...
So I should get the 4 led 194's and a few normal 74's right, just want to make sure one more time before I order

Lightbulb

www.superbrightleds.com is cheaper than the other site, but still has great quality. other here would second my statement. you want the 194 bulbs for the gauges themselves, and 74s for the gear indicator, AC, cig lighter, etc. the 74 only comes in one type, while there is a variety of 194 (9led, 6led, 5led, 4led, 1led with wide angle) you can get the one with bajillion and sand it down to spread light, or be economical and get the flat one already able to spread light. choose what you want

and idk what your problem is, i was just 5 minutes ago adding stuff to a cart

autozone bulbs suck in the gauge i used them before

you need 4 of the broad spectrum blubs and 1 74 for the gauge cluster,

2 74 for the ac knobs

1 74 for the glove box

ash try is a 74 but you have to remove a green colour plate to change it

you have to custom the keyring, pwr button, cig lighter bulbs

dome light is the 3022

well, o ordered 10 194's and 5 74s, so I'll do as much as I can with those. thanks for the info. I was thinking it would be a good idea if some one gathered all the different threads about this and the customizing ones, and put the info in one place in the stickeys or Faqs...I know that crawlingeye did alot of the DIY stuff for this...

The one in my ash tray in my 93xle comes on sometimes and other times doesn't. If it doesn't, I can hit it and it will usually come back on. What's the dealio??
