4th Generation Coolant flow direction

Hello guys,
I own a GEN4 4cyl. Camry and am about to give my Radiator a flush and refill. I don't suppose this matters too much but can anyone out there tell me in which direction does my coolant flow? Does it travel through my thermostat down along the lower rad hose and up through the radiator to the top hose and then into the engine or does the coolant flow in the other direction? Please help as this question has been bugging me for a while. Thanks.

Radiator (lower radiator hose) --> thermostat --> water pump --> engine --> radiator (upper radiator hose).

Theres also a heater core and coolant bypass pipes.

The top hose is always the return hose.
