Which transmission/differential drain and fill plugs get washers?

I replaced the driveaxles on my Gen3.5 (5SFE engine) this past week. As I was cleaning up, I discovered that I have ONE part left over (RATS!): a washer for a drain plug. For this project, I drained both transmission and differential. The question is: which of the drain and fill plugs (transmission drain, differential drain, differential fill) take washers. I'm not entirely certain from the Toyota service guide, as they often say only to "replace the plug," even if there's a washer on it.
