Should I be worried?

Well i flew off the curb last night with one wheel and it made a dent under the car wight by the door and fron wheel (maybe 5 x 5 inches) Nothing happened with the suspension or alighment but all pain got ripped off. So here is the question. Should i paint it or do something asap?
Is regular rust proofing going to help??

Being in Toronto.. I'd get it fixed before the first big snow....
