Ive never removed a Generation 2 Bumper, But i do own one. And ive taken many a bumpers off.

Check inside the wheel well for screws, behind plastic panels sometimes. Also you may have to remove the grill to get to other screws that hold it in from the top. And on older cars you sometimes need to take the headlights out to get to more screws.

but thats all i can offer

The biggest pain in the ass (at least I thought so) is taking out the inner fenders and getting the 2 bolts on the driver side that are behind the airbox silencer out. I just took teh silencer off, but mine was broken anyway...

if its a gen three I took mine off. All I had to do on my 95 was removed the side markers, took the two bolts out behind them (pain in the ass, gotta get up in the wheel well) then removed the screws right under the grill and I think a few under the headlights. Its simple just remove the whole headlight unit, carful not to adj the headlight mount tho. OH and unscrew and unplug blinkers in front fender first, save the hassel of messin with pulling the wires out of the bulb socket

i have a 93...the bolts are 10mm...there are 4 screws in total right under the grill...first thing...unplug parking lights turn signals and headlights...then take them all out plus the grill...now unbolt and remove half of the wheel well...the half nearest the bumper...and the undersplash gaurd on the bottom of the car...what ever you see attached to the bumper remove...and the remaining bolts holding the bumper are behind the wheel wells you removed...for the driver side your either going to have to remove the resonator partion of the stock intake so you can reach with a skinny arm and non extended rachet or use a long ass extension...same with the passenger minus the intake part...then the bumper should pull right off with a little nudge
