This is what happens when you try to be a good citizen...
Well, I witnessed an accident(on a highway offramp) and being the upstanding citizen that I am I stuck around the scene and filled out a Witness Report for the cops.
A lady in a jeep then sideswipes my camry, which is parked to the side of the road.
EH....a hammer and some finger nail polish should fix you RIGHt up.
Serious thats fucked up you pull over for an accident and get hit, same kinda shit happened to me once..I was at court for a speading ticket and when I got back out to my car I got a fucking parking ticket...I dont think they wanted me to leave....the IRONY!

Brake lights aren't broken, I just don't brake.
--Can honestly go to a parts counter and ask for brake shoes for the front brakes.

Thats kind of a bummer, Go after the citizen who hit your car if you want.., they will either get their insurance company involved and you should get a cash payout of at least the deductible of their insurance which is allot sometimes these days. If they refuse to work with you threaten small claims since you'd need little evidence to build a case. The main problem is usually the hidden damage, anything over a certain mph hit and its likely to be their somewhere.
yeah alot of people are filing for bankruptcy, because next week legislation goes into effect making it near impossible to enull Credit debt, so the past 3 weeks have set new records of people filing, each week for the last 3 has broken the previous weeks record.

i agree that you try this method^ i think driving uninsured might cost a person to forfeit their registration> which essentially keeps them from driving.? sue her in small claims court
and contact the insurace company she said she had insurance with and milk them for the money you'll need for repairs.
Its time to go to small claims court and go infront of JUDGE JUDY.
have anyone seen judge dred, with stalone?
Seriously go to small claims court. the repair should be less than what 300? Do it your self even better right?
