You don't....

The lead for the governor is also used for other components.

There is no "remap" or chip to override it.

I dont belive mine has a limit because my car never stops at a certain speed. The Tranny just keeps going through 4th gear until its maxed out. Ive gotten to 130 before

But that was once....and never again Speeding is a and you should never ever do it unless you are on a sanctioned drag strip.

Fast is relative to what you're driving. If you're sitting in a Ferrari going 100mph it probably feels like you're going 25mph. Since I installed the TRD lowering springs and TRD rear sway bar 100mph really doesn't seem that fast. My car has seen the other side of 140mph and at 125mph I can zig zag across three lanes back and forth with total confidence in the handling of my car. I drive on average 80mph on the freeway and it feels soo slow, I always have to check my speed I have a tendency to speed up.

Gen5's don't have a speed govenor. They have a rev limiter that limit's the RPM's to around 6,000rpm. That's 130+mph on the 4 speed autos and 140+ on the 5 speed autos. At around 140mph my car is doing 5,000rpm's or so. The thing that limits my car past that point is aerodynamic drag.
