Looks more restrictive and doesn't look like it would create suction unless it was electric. But that would be counter productive since it uses electrical power to turn it which cause a bigger load on the alternator. And since everything electric is not 100% efficient, especialy not an electric power mechanical device, it would use more power than it could help generate.

stupidest thing i've ever seen. And they claim that it helps with the evacuation of gasses by creating suction? Thats rediculous.
