Ok i did a really quick Photoshop Chop to see what it looks like. So what do you think. I was thinking of takng out the Middle peice of the air dam and then opening up the holes where the foglights go.
wow thats a major major modification..not only cutting out the front air dam slots BUT your gonna shrink the car? HAHA just playin. Definatly cut it out, makes it look a little more sporty

Brake lights aren't broken, I just don't brake.
--Can honestly go to a parts counter and ask for brake shoes for the front brakes.

The only thing I would worry about is once you cut the center bar out of the large opening in the center of the car you may, may have a problem with the lower portion not being supported or something and it could start sagging or flapping at higher speeds and things like that. Like I said you may have a problem from the picture you can not tell if there are any vertical supports behind there to hold the two horizontal pieces in place. Well if you remove the center bar then there is nothing for those vertical bars to attach to so therefore you may ahve problmes like I mentioned.
Like I said I do not know this for fact but jsut something you may want to be aware of.
