I already checked the archives for this and had no luck. Im sure its been asked a bunch of times. Just wonderin what everyone thinks are the best spark plugs to use. Im gonna get new wires too. I saw a set on nopi for like 55 bucks thats cheaper than bosch and all the others. Theyre ngks are they any good?

Toyota recommends and uses both Denso and NGK.

I personally haven't had problems using Bosch plugs

Yeah, the spark plugs that Toyota uses are NGKs.

Toyota uses Denso primarily. It's not a huge suprise since Toyota owns about 20% of them. If Denso plugs aren't available use NGK...they do use NGK in the factory every now and then.

Spark plug wires? My old 88 V6 plug wires were made my Sumitomo...not sure for the 3VZ

sumitomo spark plug wires for 5S-FE

Does anyone know where to purchase new Sumitomo spark plug wires for a 1992 Camry 4 cyl (5S-FE)? I have the same factory wires with 149K on them and I would really like to replace them with the same Sumitomo wires. Thanks Oh and I just recently joined this forum, I'll take pics and post wherever you all post pics of your cars, I have SSR GT1 18x7.5 wheels and just got in my Eibach Sportline springs, going to order Tokico blues in a couple weeks when I get paid again, then I'll take pics and post after the install.

Toyota still uses NGK from the factory with Denso replacement plugs. I would NEVER use bosch plugs in any import vehicle.

I just use Denso cause thats what the auto parts has, they did not have NGK or i would have used those. No big deal really. But i read too many bad things about Bosch plugs on this forum - where people installed them and then had problems. So i believe what i read from the other people and just avoid Bosch plugs and use the denso. And if your car calls for iridium be sure to use those and not go low buck on this, Toyota says on my 2002 V6 always use iridium and no other, and so that's what i do.
