Australia Spray On Sound Deadener VS The Sheet Type?

Hi All,

I Bought the Spray On Sound Deadener yesterday. sprayed 1 can inside my spare tyre compartment & i also sprayed some on the metal sheet thing on top of the exhaust (not on the Exhaust itself). I can hear the exhaust noise abit softer now.

i'm also thinking of spraying some on the Rear Wheel Arches.

Do you think its a good idea to do this??

What's better:

- Spray on sound deadener
OR
- Sheet of Sound Deadener

1x 400ml Spray On Soundener costs me $10aud
The sheet type costs $22 per meter (I think)

Anyplace on the under body would be fine. I would be leery of spraying on the heat sheilds for the exhuast!

I would think sheet type like dynamat would be way better. But it is heavier too and can add considerable weight if you go all out.
