Hey whats up people I have seen these on all gen 5 camrys except Catalina blue camrys!
I have a Catalina Blue camry just wanted to see if anyone had them on this color camry! If you do could post a pic so I could see what it looks like
do the 5.5 tailights fit on a gen5?
for some reason i thought they wouldnt
and about the trim..i was thinking of getting them and painting them to match the body color, i dont think the chrome would really match back there for me
I got them for my car because i like how chrome goes with the black paint. VIP style i guess you could say. but any other color i wouldn't put on. Or you could spray paint them black like some others suggested. there are a lot of options here. just don't get those 3D retro tails.........=/ they don't look right and they look like they bulge out.......to me anyway

I would suggest changing Gen5 to Gen5.5 taillights.
IMHO, the entire Gen5 series has a 'design flaw' where the a*** looks really big - the Gen5 taillights only exaggerate this flaw!
The taillights on the Gen5.5 actually divert attention away from this.
Thats a matter of personal preference. Personally, I don't like the Gen 5.5 tails as compared to the Gen 5. Especially on the darker colored Camry's...

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
