does anyone know where i can get some molding materials or have any idea if it's a hassle of a job? i want to try molding my TRD kit, but just dunno where to start

laying fiberglass isnt hard (thats all youll need to do, bondo/bog/filler then fiberglass it, o rjust fiberglass it fully. it depends how much of a moulded look you want.

to make a mold, use styrofoam with rasps to shape and heated wire to cut. than place the shaped styrofoam to the car and when all is done lay the glass top of the mold and done.
Fiberglassing is easy as hell. Ive made sub boxes and custom interrior panels out of glass. It just takes Time to do it. Ive never done a kit but im assuming that you sand down the the area around the lines where the kit contacts the body, then stuff Fiberglass chop mat in the seam with resin. Then bondo and sand.

Wouldn't the piece be too big if the outside of the mold was used?
