Hi guys
Im thinking abt supercharging the 5sfe wit a standard 4agze supercharger.
I dont know much abt s/c and would like to know what would be involved.

Your help would be appreciated.

make a search, actually....I remember this being discussed a couple of months back and there were a lot of good points made

you can make any s/c fit any car, the question is just how much work would it take, and why not just go turbo for that kind of custom work?

get an SC14 from a 1g?gte(?)

bette rthen the 4agze sc12

realistically youll be looking at around 20-30hp but they can be had for quite cheap.

just up to you to work out the mounting and other fab that needs to be done

i recon he should do it, i have tried to talk him out of it but i think he should use the 1400cc charger over the 1200cc standard toyota models.

has anyone done this? he is quite keen and needs help! he has some buddies to help with the custom fabrication, but the best part is the unique-ness of a supercharged camry!

He knows that it may not be the optimal method of boosting but i guess he wants to. so can anyone give advice on the instalation of the charger?

the sc14 was in the mini-van

but they were clutch controlled if i rember right which is AWSOME!
