That might be hard,i have been looking for them below 90$US and let me tell you that is hard enough.Maybe Hawk pads would be cheaper they are just as good as EBC and seem to leave less dust.http://www.hawkbrake.com/home.cfm

I'll tell you this, Hawks don't grip for sh** when they are cold. I believe they are more for track so you have to warm them up a bit.
I don't know how they would handle in the winter... ?

I dont know what your talking about cause i tryed my friends RX7 with Hawk pads and let me tell you the stop hard..Last time i tryed his car he had KVR pads and they where crap compared to these hawk ones(HP plus)..
