Power Lock Switch Removal

I need to remove the driver side power lock switch on my 96 Camry to either fix or replace it as it only unlocks the locks.
Do I have to remove the door pannel or is there a way to remove the switch without taking the door apart?

NO youdont have to remove the entire door panel. Jsut use a small bladed flat screwdriver on the end towards the back of the car and pus in to relese the clip then pull it up. Once you pull up on teh back of the switch you will need to pull the entire thing towards the bacl of the car because there is a clip that slides under the door handle to hold it in place at the front of the switch. Be careful though because the clip that holds it in is a metal spring and if you do it wrong it will not hol din place very well after you put it back.
