4th Generation projector high/lo beam Q

I'm planning to do a projector retrofit on my 98 camry. I was wondering tho, is it difficult to do with the camry headlight? I understand that I will have to clear out the fluted lens for maximum cut-off and light, but I'm in confusion about high beams. It's prolly much tougher and $$$ to install bi-xenon HIDs with projectors so I plan to get low beam HIDs with Bosch projectors.

So is it possible for me to make a separate light in the same housing for high beams using halogen bulbs? The wiring for the high beam and low are connected together on the camry since they use H4 Hi/Lo beam functionality.

Is it possible to separate it between them both? If not, can I just connect both lights together and when I need high beams, simple have the halogen turn on with the HIDs
