Well I have a camry it is a 4cyl 2001 Le, it is burgundy with tint and it looks sick. I wish i had a camera to put some pics on here. I guess i will get one soon. But anyway, i want a camry v6 as a project and use the other camry as a daily driver. I want to buy a camry but want to know what engine to start off with to turbo-charge it, and make some of those tuners say a turbo camry what the f***

start with an 88-91 base 3sfe and put a 3sgte swap in

v6 isnt an option when youre looking for real numbers (400hp+) and you have something called a "budget"

So i have seen tony the tiger's 1mz-fe and seans 3mzfe engines and #'s. They both have atleast 300-400whp. Would you say that both engines have the same amount of power isnt that weird!!!!..... But they both have different turbo's, i guess nobody knows the max hp a v6 rebuilt engine could handle

nobody knows because it is being done for the first time right now. tony has poured a lot more cash into his motor than sean has, and it shows.

Tony will push over 400 hp and in the future around 500hp. I know this because he wont call it quits until he does. And hes smart and knows his tuning, so i believe this goal can easily believe achieved. Also, take a look at his air/fuel ratios, plenty of room to work with.

Ahhhhhhhggh 2VZ owns you all :P
Buuut as terra said, V6 + Budget does not equal power.
If you looking for "budget+power" (and i say that lightly) you best bet is 3SGTE/GE because there are bolt in parts for it that don't cost an arm, a leg..and another arm.
