I think he's talking about the rear lights, not the front ones. It's a pain in the ass to take out the orange part...the hardest part is taking off that lens
cover...I baked it in the oven to loosen the glue and then used a heat gun
to finish it up. I cracked it and melted it on one side...it was soooo hard to do. To clear it out, all you have to do is remove the orange lens inside, very simple once you get the lens off. Honestly, I don't recommend it! I would never do this again (but I will have to to fix my left lens).

Nope, WickedGen3 is right...I painted it silver...it was originally black. How did I paint it? Simple...I just took a can of spray paint and sprayed it on...nothing special.

Yeah, use a heat gun...I can't think of anything else that would work...and no, a blow dryer wouldn't work either.

Only other option I can think of is to paint the outside lens red...or just do it when your mom isn't home...or at a friend's house!

MY SUGGESTION is a little harder, but it works really good. Get a bog pot that you can put your light in. fill it with water and bring the wboil. now making sure that the light doesn't touch the bottom of the pot, lut the light in the water and let that stuff get in there. I got mine open in under 5 mins. As long as it doesnt sit there for too long in the water, it shudn't melt or disfigure. Just try and move it around a little instead of letting it sit there.

The outside is the only part that needs to be in the water, but it wud help if you filled up the inside with some hot water as well to get the seal nice and movable. No, sorry, I dont have any pics. When you pry it open, just pry the back part off from the front part. they should come together about where the clear part of the lens meets the body of the car. just be careful in prying it open so that u dont break the plastic. Hope this helps ya!
