Gen5 Gauge Cluster Transplant

ok look at the 2 dashboards. do you think that the gauge cluster from the ES300 above can fit the Gen5 Camry Below? I want to transplant the gauges because the ones in my 03 camry are boring and are not the ones in the 2nd pic.

I can do wiring, i just want to know if anyone knows if the dimensions are close. I can also do fiberglass but a direct fir would be great.

anyone think it could work?

probably not.... i've seen the ES clusters in real light
it has a much wider hood, and the three gauges are quite big
which means u might have trouble trying to fit all three gauges into Camry's smaller hood

i've always wondered why no one produced those color change dash for gen5 Camry
like the ones for gen3 and gen4 Camry?
it should have good amount of sales right?

my 03 gen5 Camry's cluster is simply pathetic
its an automatic, but doesnt have the gear indicators on the dash
only the highest spec one (Grande version, much like the XLE) has the gear indicator light
this is the Aus/NZ version im talking about here
i guess the US version doesnt have such problem?
i'd love to get that problem sorted by doing a cluster swap or something...

Why not soldier LED's in there to spice it up?
I'm sure that if you changed the color to white with red/blue needles it would really pop.

my 2003 gauges are just so bland. there is nothing to them. and its all spacey. I have considered a 5.5 to a Gen 5 transplant.....however my car is a 4-spd auto. and the gen 5.5's are 5 spd. So id have to do some wiring to disable the 3rd light and make the lights jump from 2 to D.

thent here is wthe question if everything else is a direct fit...are the harnesses the same? I can do alot of wiring with the proper diagrams but i dont know where to get a 5.5 guage cluster cheap to find out.
