Intake Question

I was just wondering, how hard would it be to fit a snorkel to my camry? The one where the intake comes out of the bonnet and up the side of the passager's door. I want to convert the camry into a rally car, dun ask lol :P some weird project in my head, and as i only paid $550 for her seems like a good idea, but have no idea what parts would be good, i was thinking a gt-four snorkel might work.

The airbox already sucks air from right behind the headlight... I'd imagine the car would shut off before water ever got that high, and water doesn't splash up there at all. I'd do a bunch of other rally safety things before I did anything with the intake.

Raising the car, roll cage, proper brakes and wheels, all the maintenance that needs to be done to the car first.

You could mount an intake from a landcruiser with a little bit of moding
