Anyone take apart foglights?

wanna get these capsules instead of getting yellow bulbs.
http://hidtech.com/images/02154.jpg

...but would have to separate the clear cover from the housing and install these onto the reflector part. has anyone here taken apart the camry foglights? anyone got some kind of instructions on how to do this?

any help appreciated

Are you completly sure you have to do that?
by the looks of the pic youre supposed to put
that thing in the bulbhole first and then but in
the actual bulb, i migth be wrong, but it doesn`t
seem logical that you have to tear apart the housing
to mount that thing, one other thing.. that yellow cap
may result in the bulb overheating and wear out
way too early.why not yellow out the glass instead?
if you can red out your rear lights, then it must be possible
to yellow out your foglights too?

yep..im sure you need to take apart the foglight to install these, the customer support folks ad HIDtech made sure i was aware of whats involved before i decide to buy them.

yellowing out the lens might be an option too i guess
