should be a way to take it off and still be able to put it on.. my brother did it in my 2001 so im not exactly sure how to do it.. but he said it was fairly difficult to get off.. so id say just be careful what you do

i hope is help to put the dynamat under the speaker to avoid the rattle.

i did it to mine to install 6x9's. u gotta unclip the panel in the back side, the ones next to the rear window and then u gotta fold down the seats obviously, take off the third brake light cover, and the whole piece unclips but u gotta slide it front. i've taken apart just about every panel in my car to run the wires for the sound system. everything is with clips.
