Is it possible to change my 2wd 1990 camry to the AWD version? I plan to swap my current engine to the 3sgte and use the AWD tranny that comes with it ! so do you guys think its possible that i could make this swap. And where can i get all the suspension parts an drive shaft?
I was thinking of this the other day. How to make a RWD Camry...easily. All you'd need is an AllTrac...and somehow lockout the front drivetrain (as they do on other cars 4wds espec) and presto! You could even use the 2VZ with that alltrac gearbox i think...it MIGHT just hold up to the power! I think it would fit.

that is the easy part. all you have to do is import over the AWD parts from the Scepter.
Camry Alltrack or just 4WD as they are called i Norway, was very popular
but i quite rare, only 600 of them where sold here. 50 of them with the V6
Engine, all with lockable diffs, A/C, sports seats, electric windows and mirrors,
heated seats, green tinted windows and those special headrests you see in the pics.
I was going to buy the one on the pictures but i was sold allmost before the ad came out
